This is a translation; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Informational Nature of the Service
Veterinary disclaimer (Apple Guideline 1.4.1): Cuenco is an analytical and informational tool that supports the reading of food compositions. It is in no case veterinary advice, a clinical diagnosis or medical treatment for your pet. Always consult your registered vet about any health problem or sudden change of diet.
2. Auto-Renewing Subscription Terms (App Store)
Access to Cuenco’s full features (unlimited scanning, breakdown by block and hidden calculations) is offered through subscription models managed entirely through Apple In-App Purchases:
- Available plans: Cuenco Premium, billed monthly or annually. The exact price is shown clearly before you confirm the purchase.
- Automatic renewal: The subscription renews automatically for periods of the same length unless you turn off renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Management and cancellation: You can cancel your subscription or change plan at any time from your Apple account settings (iOS Settings → Your name → Subscriptions).
- Payment: The charge is made to the account linked to your Apple ID once you confirm the purchase.
3. Intellectual Property and Methodology
The design of the app, source code, graphical interface, texts and the architecture of the deterministic scoring engine are the property of Cuenco. Mass automated scraping, decompilation or unauthorised reproduction of the catalogue is prohibited.
4. Third-Party Trademarks
Food brand names and logos of pet products that may appear in the database are used for purely descriptive and informational purposes, so that consumers can identify the product. Cuenco is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the manufacturers analysed.
